Introduction:Martin graduated from Dundee University, Scotland in 1980 with a B Sc Degree in Civil Engineering. He then pursued a post-graduate diploma in Accountancy at the University of Strathclyde before interning with a Chartered Accountancy practice in Glasgow. After passing the required examinations, he was admitted as a member of the Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 1983. He continued his work with Arthur Young in Aberdeen before leaving in1985 to join Ernst & Whiney in Singapore in the business services and tax division. Martin came to Melbourne in 1987 working for Delloites, Haskin & Sells and then moved on to a smaller accountancy practice where he continues in his profession. Introduction:Linda Zhuo Shiping is a resident of Nanjing, China. She started off her career as an Economics lecturer at the Nanjing Commercial Leading School before moving on to become the Senior Economist at Nanjing Governmental Commercial Bureau. Linda then decided to move into the retail industry where she took up the position of Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Xinjiekou Department Store Co. She held various positions including General Manager of Import/Export Branch of Nanjing Xinjiekou Department Store Co Ltd., Chairman of the Board of Jiangsu Wuhua Cooperation, Administrative Deputy General Manager of Nanjing Xinbai Group Co Ltd and was the General Manager of Nanjing- Melbourne Trade Ltd till recently. She is currently a Director of Mozhong Trading Co (a Chinese coporation) which is affiliated with Global Circle. With her wealth of experience in the import/export and industrial relations circle, she has spearheaded many projects bringing together foreign investors wishing to penetrate and conduct business with the massive retail outlets of China. Linda impeccable knowledge of sourcing products together with her highly networked connections with the various factories and retail outlets throughout her region has been an asset to clients wishing to have a successful run in China.

Introduction:Alan is a graduate in Business Administration from the Mitchell University in NSW. He started his career with Myer Department Stores eventually working as the National Buyer Sporting Apparel&Footwear, including over 25 buying trips into Asia. After 14 years with Myer, in 1988 he then started his own clothing company Player Sportswear which he sold in 2006. Player Sportswear was initially an Australian-owned manufacturer with its own fabric manufacturing plant. With the opening of the Chinese market it became clear that for any manufacturer in Australia to survive they would have to combine imported products with Australian-Made to maintain sales. This was implemented in Player Sportswear and led to extensive experience in trading with China and building strong personal relationships in China. Alan has extensive experience in international business particularly import and export between Australia and SE Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
